What is ML Booking?

ML Booking is appointment booking software. Clients book on your website or a shared booking link. The business gets a business portal; staff get a staff portal. Clients get email and optional SMS.

Who is ML Booking for?

Any appointment-based business: hair salons, spas, barbers, nail salons, medspas, massage, wellness, beauty, fitness, studios, tanning, tattoo, therapists, pet grooming, coaches, and similar service businesses.

How is ML Booking different from Fresha, Vagaro, Mangomint, or GlossGenius?

Those platforms often include a large suite (POS, payroll, inventory, and more). ML Booking is booking only: a Free plan to start, paid CAD plans when you need more, a widget or booking link, and optional Square or Stripe payments.

Is there a Free plan?

Yes. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade when you need more staff tools, SMS, or branding. See the current limits on the pricing page.

Do I need a website?

No. You can share a booking link. If you have a website, you can also embed a widget: inline, button, floating, or slide-in.

Does SMS work in Canada?

Yes. Appointment SMS delivers to US and Canadian (+1) numbers only, and only if the client opts in at booking. It is not marketing SMS.

Can I take card payments on bookings?

Yes, on plans that include booking payments. Connect the Square or Stripe account you already have, about two minutes if that account is already live. Money goes to that Square or Stripe account. ML Booking charges the fee for your plan (from $0.29 CAD) only when a booking is paid online. Bookings with no online payment have no ML Booking payment fee. Square or Stripe still charge their own card-processing rates. We do not take a percentage of the visit.
